VIDEO PRODUCTIONS: There are tenants below and above. Records in 10 second clips, deleted after 24 hours. SECURITY: There is a camera for entry and doorway only. Freight elevator can only be accessed from inside the building on the 2nd floor. The studio is located on the 3rd floor, this is a walk up unit. Before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture is placed in its original location. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. We do have a freight elevator that is accessible from the street level and makes unloading and loading very easy!ĪTTENTION: Please be aware that your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. We have provided some seamless rolls, and a backdrop holder for your use!Īny studio lighting would need to be brought with you as none is provided at this time. More of a studio feel? A bed double size bed is provided, bedding is included but due to sanitary reasons, you may wish to bring sheets with you for your rental. A taller table with chair makes a great work station for makeup and hair. Props: couch, table & chair for makeup artist, stools, double size bed, plants, etc.!Īll furniture & “props” shown are available for use and included in rental. White floors, exposed brick & white walls make it an open space with lots of possibilities! Ideal for portraits, corporate headshots, commercial or styled shoots, video, and other small productions.

Gorgeous natural light studio located in the heart of pioneer square! This adorable plant-filled "loft" has south-facing windows which floods the space with light all year round! You are welcome to bring props & decor if you would like. *Building is cleaned and sanitized daily. No one with fever, cough, or other related symptoms will enter the building!
